Product Overview

Produced from high-quality bituminous coal through extrusion forming, high-temperature steam activation and alkaline impregnation processing, SRC-BL balances basic physical adsorption capacity with targeted chemical neutralization for sulfide and acid gas odors. Its 4mm cylindrical shape ensures uniform gas flow through packed beds with manageable pressure drop, making it easy to scale for large deodorization systems.

With >50% CTC base carbon performance and >900 m²/g BET surface area, it effectively handles co-occurring organic odors alongside sulfide gases. A: Choose SRC-BL for low-concentration ambient odor control, large fill volumes and budget-sensitive projects. Choose SRC-A for higher-concentration process exhaust where higher sulfur capacity and longer service life are required.

Q: Can SRC-BL be used for high-temperature flue gas?

A: SRC-BL is designed for ambient to moderate temperature odor and acid gas control. For high-temperature flue gas, we recommend TLX activated coke or powdered DIOSORB-S injection systems.

Q: Can SRC-BL be used for ammonia and alkaline odors?

A: SRC-BL is formulated specifically for acidic sulfide gases. For ammonia and alkaline amine odors, we recommend dedicated alkaline gas impregnated carbon grades such as PFH-K or ARC-A. For mixed odor streams containing both acidic and alkaline components, the two grades can be arranged in sequential bed layers.
