LC-A0 S is a high-purity acid-washed coconut shell granular activated carbon, manufactured from selected high-quality coconut shell via steam activation and precision acid washing treatment. With ultra-low ash content, neutral pH and high adsorption performance, it is specially developed for high-purity water treatment scenarios such as semiconductor ultra pure water systems, POE water treatment and electroplating solution circulation.

Product Overview

Made from carefully selected premium coconut shell raw material, LC-A0 S activated carbon is processed through carbonization, high-temperature steam activation and deep acid washing to fully remove soluble ash and mineral impurities. It features a highly developed microporous structure with iodine value over 1000 mg/g and specific surface area over 1000 m²/g, providing excellent adsorption capacity for trace organic pollutants and residual chlorine.

With neutral pH of 5–8 and ultra-low impurity dissolution, it will not cause secondary pollution to high-purity water bodies, and is the preferred adsorbent material for high-end water treatment systems.

A: LC-A0 S has undergone special acid washing treatment with lower soluble ash content and neutral pH, which will not introduce mineral impurities into water. It is more suitable for high-purity water and electroplating solution scenarios. Ordinary coconut shell carbon is more cost-effective for conventional air purification and common water treatment. For general high-purity water, PSD-A0 S is also an option.

For condensate polishing in deep beds, consider YK-AC pellet carbon.
