High Decolorization Efficiency
Developed mesoporous structure with excellent macromolecular pigment adsorption, methylene blue value ranges from 225 to 240 mg/g for different grades.
Fast Adsorption Kinetics
90% of particles pass 200 mesh, fully contacts with feed liquid, short decolorization cycle and high production efficiency.
Stable Phosphoric Acid Process
Controllable pore size distribution with good decolorization selectivity, low adsorption of effective product components.
Grade Optional
Available in LPF-F14 and LPF-F16 grades, which can be selected according to decolorization depth requirements.
Wine & Beverage Decolorization: Wine, beverages and brewing products require color, odor and impurity removal to improve taste and clarity. LPF's phosphoric acid-activated mesoporous structure adsorbs macromolecular pigments and colloidal impurities without stripping desirable flavor compounds.
Sugar Liquor Refining: Sugar production demands removal of colored impurities to improve whiteness and product quality. LPF's developed mesopores target sugar color molecules effectively, providing consistent decolorization performance.
Pharmaceutical & Chemical Purification: Chemical products and pharmaceutical intermediates need decolorization and refining to improve purity. LPF's fast adsorption kinetics and high decolorization efficiency support continuous industrial production.
Food Additive Refining: Food additives and fermentation products require color and odor control to meet food safety standards. LPF's stable quality and reliable safety certification support these applications.

Q: What is the difference between LPF-F14 and LPF-F16?
A: LPF-F14 has methylene blue value ≥225 mg/g, suitable for conventional decolorization. LPF-F16 has methylene blue value ≥240 mg/g with stronger decolorization capacity for deep decolorization of high-color-value feed liquids. For the strongest decolorization, consider F-18.
Q: What is the recommended dosage?
A: Typical dosage ranges from 0.1% to 0.5% of feed liquid weight, varying with raw material color value and target chroma. Jar testing is recommended. For higher dosage efficiency, F-16 or F-18 may achieve better results at equivalent dosage.
Q: Can LPF be used for drinking water treatment?
A: LPF series is mainly designed for liquid product decolorization in food and pharmaceutical production. For municipal drinking water treatment, we recommend coal-based B-series powdered activated carbon.
